What we loved most was that it gave us a real Japanese living experience — not only because of the house itself, but also because of the neighborhood and the whole atmosphere around it. It really felt like we were experiencing everyday life in Japan rather than just staying in another rental.

At the same time, the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available to help. Whenever we asked for something, he did his best to provide it and make our stay even better.

Everything was exactly as described and felt completely authentic. Whenever we had a question or needed some help, the EasyStay team was always there and took care of it quickly.
My wife, our two little kids and I absolutely loved our time in Japan. We really felt at home during those two months, and EasyStay definitely helped make the whole experience easy and stress-free.

Very unprofessional services, Simba (I'm assuming the owner) is barely responsive & makes a bunch of emotional assumptions about you before he decides whether he wants to show you properties or not. I tried to arrange a year stay and he didn't respond for days, & in good faith I tried again with another short term accommodation for my little brother and subsequently got a bunch of accusations hurled my way. Most of the listings are just copy and pasted from other platforms but ¥10,000-20,000 more and a larger "Move in fee" added. Much better services that are actually giving you good services and normal fees.

Once you finally pick an alternative, they surprise you with hidden move-in fees at the very last step. Save your time and look elsewhere.
